DONISIMA  is a modern donut shop rooted in Latin American flavors, memory, and craft. Founded by Chef Miguel Guerra, known for his Michelin-starred restaurant MITA, DONISIMA reimagines the donut through a Latin lens, drawing inspiration from childhood desserts, street markets, and traditional sweets from across the region.

Each donut is made daily in small batches, blending  precision with a lifelong love for pastry. Classic techniques meet unexpected ingredients like Panela, guava, dulce de leche, coffee, tropical fruits, and seasonal spices. Some flavors are nostalgic, others playful and bold, but all are designed to feel familiar and surprising at the same time.

They are a canvas for culture, creativity, and joy.

Our La Cosecha shop invites you to slow down and enjoy a playful, vibrant atmosphere inspired by the tropics, where every visit feels like a little escape.
